Midland does not post its council meeting minutes online.
Without minutes, residents have no way to see what their elected officials discussed, how they voted or how they represented the people who elected them — unless they file a Right-to-Know request.
When BeaverCountian.com checked on Oct. 2, 2026, the borough's website had no meeting minutes; its only meeting records were links to recordings of 2020 council meetings.
BeaverCountian.com is in the process of obtaining Midland's meeting minutes from the borough in accordance with Pennsylvania's open records laws.
