Rochester Township commissioners accepted Commissioner Scott Bailey’s resignation, 3-1
- Several residents spoke against a possible data center on the former Hydril property, citing noise, pollution, water and electricity use, and property values; Scott O’Hara asked how the issue could be put on a ballot.
- A motion by Mamone to hire Mike Helgerman as a Public Works laborer failed on a 2-2 roll call after an executive session, with Commissioner Paul Abbott and Anthony voting no.
- Township Engineer Tony Sadaka reported a DEP violation notice over MS4 stormwater project work that should have been completed in 2023, with 30 days to respond.
