Harmony commissioners extended 2026 real estate tax face-value deadline after mail delays
- Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 6-8-2026, extending the deadline to pay 2026 real estate taxes at face value and waiving penalties through June 10.
- The board approved $304,655.04 in accounts payable for May 12 through June 8, including $96,655.92 from the general fund and $98,729.95 from the sewer fund.
- The board discussed unauthorized short-term rental activity at 1014 Olga Street, which lacks an occupancy permit, and directed that the property obtain one before any rental use.
