Ambridge Area board approved resolution to lease district mineral rights to PennEnergy
- The board approved paying $3,794,230.99 in district bills and $2,737,410.99 in salaries for June and July, plus $11,869.87 in cafeteria bills and $69,097.45 in cafeteria salaries.
- Directors approved Huckestein Mechanical quotes of $9,259.81 for a high school hot water pump drive and $7,268.47 for a Highland Elementary chiller leak, $5,306.25 for chiller refrigerant and, retroactively, $14,046 to repair the Economy Elementary cafeteria boiler.
- The board approved a three-year phone and fax contract with Communications Consulting Inc. at $919.52 per month plus a $3,302 setup cost, which the district estimates will save $13,883.76 a year.
