Central Valley board pays $2,000 share of appraisal in RCG Monaca tax assessment appeals
- The board agreed to pay $2,000 toward a $6,000 shared appraisal tied to assessment appeals for two RCG Monaca parcels.
- The board approved agreements with The Watson Institute to enroll one student at $67,412 and five students at $69,148 each for 2026-27, plus in-home instruction for two students at $150 an hour.
- Directors retired two policies and approved new and revised policies on field trips, assessment, homework, attendance, reporting student progress, class rank and procurement cards.
