A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:00 am today in Courtroom 3 for Tyesha Nicole Jones, the woman charged with “escape” by the Beaver County Sheriff’s Office. The hearing will be open to the public. I’m anticipating this case could be delayed, although it’s possible a motion may be made to have the case dismissed….
