Attorneys representing Ohioville Borough have filed pretrial statements in the federal lawsuit brought against it and several past and present officials by former Borough Officer Nevin Beatty. Beatty filed the lawsuit against Ohioville in January of last year, alleging his Constitutional Rights were violated after he exposed public corruption by the town’s Chief of Police….
