Beaver County Court of Common Pleas Judge Kim Tesla remains hospitalized today, after being involved in a serious car accident last night. Court sources who have spoken with his family say Judge Tesla and his wife were returning home after a speaking engagement at his daughter’s college, when their car was struck by another vehicle….
