A Beaver County Deputy was sentenced to probation today for lying to protect Sheriff George David. Lieutenant Deputy Thomas Ochs agreed to be placed in Beaver County’s Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program as part of an agreement with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.
