The man accused of paying a woman to steal lunch meat for his Monaca bar, has reached a tentative plea agreement with prosecutors. Antonio Celeste, 72 of Beaver, waived his right to a preliminary hearing today on charges including Receiving Stolen Property, Conspiracy, Resisting Arrest, Simple Assault and Aggravated Assault.
