Arbitrator Rules In Favor Of Terminated Sheriff’s Deputies – Orders County To Pay Up

An arbitrator has ruled that Beaver County taxpayers owe financial awards to five deputies who where terminated by Sheriff Tony Guy on the first day he took office in January. The arbitrator’s ruling comes as the result of a grievance filed by the Beaver County Deputy Sheriff’s Association seeking severance pay for the former employees….
