Aliquippa Councilman Appeals Judge’s Order Having Him Removed From Office

An Aliquippa Councilman has filed an appeal of a judge’s ruling that orders him removed from office.

Aliquippa Councilman Robert E. Rager is appealing a ruling handed down by Beaver County Judge Gus Kwidis last week.

Judge Kwidis had ruled that Rager’s employment with the Aliquippa Water Authority created a conflict of interest that disqualified him from running for City Council in the last election. Judge Kwidis ordered Rager removed from office as a result.

A change in the law that occurred after the election could have allowed Rager to legally run for the seat, but Judge Kwidis determined legislators did not make that law retroactive when it was passed.

Aliquippa attorney John Havey filed an appeal to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania today on behalf of Robert Rager.

Rager sat during the last meeting of Aliquippa City Council and has vowed to remain in office pending his appeal.

It’s amazing to see how the David Mafia is beginning to clog the court system.

Agreed! I have seen this man a few times at council meetings. He seems to be clueless. Just a pawn in the overall scheme.

Okay aliquippa represented by Myron sainovich,

He employs councilman ragers daughter?

Also has another office in aliquippa with John havey, with both names on bill board!!!

So councilman rager gets John Havey ti represent him!!

And didn’t ask for judge Gus Kwidis to recuse himself, considering he had financial business interest with myron ahhhhh bought his practice and law office in beaver…

Rager should be tossed for incompetence….

It just doesn’t stop with these creeps
