PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Agricultural Area Security Law, Act 43 of 1981, as amended, that the Franklin Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on December 7, 2026, at 5:45 P.M. at the Township Building, 897 Route 288, Fombell, PA.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request to add William E. & Jamie L. Keller property (Parcel No. 61-115-0144.000), consisting of 54 acres, to the Franklin Township Agricultural Security Area.
