A Monaca business owner has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct for threatening to kill a borough policeman after he discovered the officer was having an affair with his wife.
Paul Eugene Miller III, 39, who also lives in the borough, pleaded guilty to a summary charge of disorderly conduct today as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors. Miller had been facing a misdemeanor count of making terroristic threats.
According to the charging affidavit filed by Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Zachary Julian, it was at approximately 12:50 on the afternoon of June 22, 2019, when Monaca officer Eugene St. Clair received a phone call from Miller.
