Ellwood City council took $654,900 lump sum to extend Stiefel Park cell tower easement
- Council unanimously voted down 2026 terms with USI Consulting Group for pension administration, which would have cost $5,000 per plan plus a one-time $5,000 installation fee per plan for the fire, police and municipal plans.
- Council approved a pre-paid voucher list of $465,863.30 and a list of vouchers to be paid of $278,678.35.
- Council rejected the only bid, $277,800 from Romesburg Trucking of Berlin, Pa., for the wastewater treatment plant basin cleaning project and will readvertise.
