Freedom Area board extended school resource officer agreements through June 2028
- Directors approved bills including $219,577.71 in general fund checks, $901,144.31 in September payroll, $32,251.78 in capital fund checks and ratification of $84,762.55 in September general fund checks.
- Superintendent Mary Burford said the district audit is in its testing phase and the district’s bond rating was raised from A-1 to AA-3.
- The board approved staff training, student field trips and competitions, an FMLA request and a food service substitute at $15 an hour.
