The Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB) meets the first and third Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Originally scheduled to meet in the Community Room of the Beaver Borough Municipal Building, this meeting will instead be held at the Beaver Borough Pool House Civic Center located at 700 Buffalo Street, Beaver, PA 15009.

The Beaver Borough Municipal Building will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026, in observance of Labor Day.
