Still No Resolution To Complaint Filed Against Second Assistant District Attorney

A sexual harassment complaint filed by Assistant District Attorney Jennifer Popovich against Second Assistant DA Ronald DiGiorno remains unresolved. Courthouse sources say the complaint, which was filed back in May, has worked its way through both the county’s HR and Law departments and now sits on the desk of District Attorney Anthony Berosh….
