A man is in custody tonight charged in the shooting of Harmony Township Officer Alan Loskoch. Earl Louis Hollins, age 28 of 1035 Main Street, Aliquippa, is facing charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault, carrying a firearm without a license, simple assault and reckless endangerment.
