A Beaver County judge has signed a Protection From Abuse Order against local real estate tycoon CJ Betters after several members of his family say they were threatened by the man. Common Pleas Judge Dale Fouse signed the temporary PFA today ordering CJ Betters not to have any contact with three members of his family….
