You know it’s a shame when a township don’t have the time to announce that their halloween has been canceled and changed to Sat, like all the rest of the county. I’m speaing of Raccoon Twp. it is not listed any where TV, nor the paper or on this Beaver County site. Now we sit here waiting for kids and no one shows. This stinks…..
