A Rochester Township police officer has been charged with driving under the influence following a one-vehicle accident. It’s the second time the officer has been charged with DUI in the past four months.
Richard Paul Hacker, 38, of Brighton Township, was charged by Patterson Twp. police after allegedly rolling over a truck he was driving in October.
In a charging affidavit filed with the court, officers allege they were dispatched to Steffin Hill Road in White Township at about 6:30 a.m. the morning of October 19 for a report of a rollover crash.
