Monaca Police Capture Blue Underwear Suspect Wanted For Attempted Murder

Police have captured a suspect that has been wanted since July on charges of attempted homicide for a shooting that took place outside of Whiskey Rhythm in Monaca.

Kelin J. Coleman, 27, of Beaver Falls, is currently being housed in the Beaver County Jail on a $250,000 bond, according to court dockets. Coleman is facing felony charges of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. He has also been charged with misdemeanor reckless endangerment and simple assault.

According to a charging affidavit filed in his case, Monaca police were dispatched to Whiskey Rhythm Bar and Grill around 12 a.m. on July 11 for reports of a fight in progress with shots fired.
