The Beaver Borough Zoning Hearing Board will meet on April 30, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Beaver Borough Municipal Building located at 469 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009. The meeting is scheduled to hear the following:

Request from James and Judith Clark for a dimensional variance at 995 Second Street in the R-1 zoning district. More specifically, the applicants are seeking relief from the minimum side yard setback distance appearing in zoning section 405.4.A.2 to construct a carport attached to their dwelling.
