A $1.35 million sale of an industrial property in Vanport Township topped the Beaver County property sales recorded Sept. 14-18 with the county Recorder of Deeds.
Louis D. and Lori A. August sold the 1.7-acre property at 327 S. Walnut Lane to DC65 Realty LLC, a Delaware company. County assessment records list an 8,918-square-foot building on the site, built in 1975 and classified as a warehouse. The Augusts bought the property for $330,000 in 1998, according to county records.
