Beaver County promised a more dignified resting place after BeaverCountian.com revealed that indigent decedents’ remains were being stored shrink-wrapped on a pallet, alongside dog license paperwork. What the county considers more dignified turned out to be a room down the hall from WBVP Radio’s broadcasting booth.
