A small brush fire alongside Route 51 near Hostetler Auctions slowed down both directions of travel just before noon today. Police alternated traffic in one lane while crews from Patterson Heights and Chippewa extinguished the fire. Both lanes reopened about a half hour later. No buildings were damaged and there were no reported injuries….
