A Sad Place
Friendship Ridge by the name alone you would think it be a happy place but I am here to tell you it is not.It is a sad place where the nurses and aids work themseleves to the bone taking care of the residents with bareiy enough staff to do so.I watch them everyday do what they do it breaks my heart to see them like this. Because you see I am here, I am there, I am everywhere, But I am no where, I am just a resident at friendship ridge.
I would like to add something more. Everyday I sit and watch I do not say much I do not have too. I am one of the younger ones here there is at lest a decade between me and most of the residents on my unit. Most do not understand and I thank God for that. That they can not see what is happening here. To a place many have called home for many years. It is A Sad Place.LPN 3-11 on: Feb 24, 2014 at 7:30 am #159746

Perhaps someone can look into why the crooked county has not paid the unemployment benefits for Friendship Ridge staff since 2012? What a surprise to find that at a time where so many of us are in fear of losing everything that we will also be held up for unemployment because of even more mismanagement of county funds.
