Leslie Funtieo, 45 of Aliquippa, pleaded guilty to Corruption of Minors, Indecent Assault, and two felony counts of Sexual Abuse of Children as part of an open plea deal with prosecutors.
Funtieo admitted to giving alcohol and pills to a 17 year old male back in June of last year, then pulling the teen’s pants down and taking photos while he was sleeping. He also admitted to furnishing alcohol and cigarettes to six juveniles in another incident which also took place in June, taking 19 nude photographs of one of the juveniles and grabbing his buttocks while he was asleep.
President Judge John D. McBride will determine Funtieo’s sentence at a hearing scheduled for April 25th. In the meantime, Funtieo will be evaluated under provisions of Megan’s Law to determine whether or not he should be classified as a “Sexually Violent Predator”, a designation which would require him to register as a sex offender for life.
That man is sick. Lock him up & throw away the key! & beaver county you seriously need to change up your system, those rapists & child molesters don’t need protection, they need beat on!
